Most of our education partners offer a graduation ceremony as part of their program. If you have special requests for your group’s graduation (e.g. catering requirements, they wish to present a gift to the School Principal or perform a cultural performance) please communicate this to our Study Tours Team at the time of booking.
A certificate of participation is included in the program enrollment. This is presented to students at graduation after class on the last day. If your tour includes studying at an ESL school plus a school visit, then students will usually receive a certificate from the school also.
Most schools are open to a performance at the graduation ceremony as long as they have prior notice as this may affect classroom bookings etc. If you also want to display a school banner at graduation please communicate this to our Study Tours Team.
We understand the need for visiting schools to present a gift to the hosting school. Please communicate your group’s needs to our Study Tours Team so they can allow time for this in their graduation ceremony.
Our tour guides are trained to escort your group to the airport and take you to the appropriate check in counter. They are available to wait with the group and interpret for any issues that may arise. Please ensure that you book this service with our Study Tours Team.
If you have requested the airport transfer service with our tour guides, then one of our staff will be on standby to assist at the check in counter for departure. We recommend that your most experienced teacher hold a pre-departure talk with the group on graduation day to outline wake up times, packing requirements and expectations of how to leave the homestay room on departure. This is the time to ask your students if they may have excess luggage. All associated costs at check in will be the student’s responsibility.
