Our Team
Our principal, Daphne Turner, was an international student herself, living and studying languages and hotel business and management abroad. Her career spans the hotel, airline and film industry. Hosting students in her home since 1990 in 1995 she became a preferred supplier of TAFE NSW to look after the welfare and accommodation for international students.
Zoe Fang and Flora Wang are AHN Sydney's placement coordinators. Both girls are Chinese and came to Australia as international students.
Flora spent time in New Zealand as an under 18 international student and enjoyed 2 years in homestay accommodation there before coming to Australia. Her aim is provide students with the same rewarding experience.
Zoe came to Australia in 2007 choosing share accommodation, finding the experience not wholly satisfying her aim is to provide students with a better orientation in to Australian life via homestay accommodation.
Naomi is AHN Sydney's host coordinator and joined our team almost fresh from High School. As a result she is wholly AHN and has developed a good rapport with our host's.
Leeza Silverman is new to the AHN team and joins us in an Office Manager position. Having worked for Global Campus Management and Navitas she brings more than 10 years experience in Corporate Education environments managing Quality, Policy, Learning and Development, Governance, Risk and Compliance.
