As a new arrival to Australia you will notice that many of the things you observe and experience will be quite different from your home country. Please remember that there is no right or wrong, only different. Initially you may find it quite hard to adapt to your new home and you may feel homesick.

It is important that you talk to people about how you are feeling. A friend, teacher, homestay host or supervisor may be the types of people who can assist you. It is important that you feel comfortable with the person that you choose to talk to.
