About WAHN
A WAHN Homestay provides students with the following:
- Their own bedroom
- Up to 3 meals a day (depending upon the specified level of service)
- A wardrobe/lamp/bed/fan/desk
- Access to the washing machine
- Breakfast – toast, cereal, milk, juice, tea, coffee
- Dinner – meat and vegetables
- A safe environment
Fee schedules for WAHN Homestays are available on this site and are subject to change.
All students living in homestay are expected to abide by the homestay rules. More details on these are found within this site. Some important points we ask our students to remember are:
- Most Australians go to bed at around 10.30pm and students need to mindful of this.
- 30-40minutes is considered the average travel time for all Perth commuters, particularly during peak times.
- In Australia, males and females are treated equally.
- Everyone in the homestay shares household duties.
