AHN's policy for refunds is outlined below.
Placement Fees
Placement fees are usually only refundable if a placement cannot be found. Once a placement has been booked the placement fee is not refundable unless a serious issue or exceptional circumstance can be presented.
Homestay Fees
Students must give at least two weeks notice to vacate a placement. Once the placement has commenced, the first paid period of homestay is not normally refundable unless a serious issue or exceptional circumstance can be presented.
After the first period of homestay is completed, students can request a refund for any amount that they have paid outside of their two weeks notice to leave.
Airport Reception Fees
Students must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel a requested airport pickup service. If correct notice is given a refund will be issued, or the amount can be deducted from a future invoice.
