Guardianship and Welfare Arrangements
For all students who are Under the age of 18 and live in IES approved Homestay, the appointed guardian is the IES Director. Parents of Under 18 students need to complete the Guardianship form before a student’s visa will be issued by the Department of Immigration.
Welfare arrangements for Under 18 students are for the duration of the student’s confirmation of enrolment (COE), and an additional seven days at the beginning of the program and seven days at the end of program.
