Email Activation

IMPORTANT: You have not yet finished your application. New members must confirm that they have received the AHN welcome email before they can access the members' area and continue their application.  

THIS EMAIL CONTAINS INFORMATION YOU NEED TO ACCESS YOUR HOMEPAGE AND CONTINUE YOUR APPLICATION

If you have not received your AHN welcome email and cannot log in, please read the following information and see if this helps to identify the problem:

  • Sometimes emails can be delayed.  If you have only just submitted an application, wait at least ten minutes to see if it arrives.  If using webmail, you may need to refresh the screen to check for new messages.     
  • Try checking your "spam" or "junk" folder.  Often unrecognised emails will be placed here by default.  If you locate the welcome email in this folder, you should be able to select to move it to the inbox.  Once you have done this, all future emails from AHN should arrive in your inbox where they belong. 
  • If you have created a new webmail account (such as Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail) you will sometimes need to activate your account before you can receive email.  This is usually done by sending an email to an alternate account that you nominated when you signed up.  Please make sure your email account is fully active, and that you can send and receive emails before proceeding. 

If you have tried the above and still cannot locate your AHN welcome email, please Contact Administration for support.  They will require the following details:

  1. Your AHN login name
  2. The email address entered in your application
  3. The details of your problem
